My aboriginal dot panting is a campground that is located up North, I’m not for sure where because I haven’t been there in a while, but it was a place that I would always go for mothers day every year. It was fun there we would always play around the trees, and go hunting for mushrooms. In this picture, I have colorful dots in my trees to represent the way the trees look when I am at my campsite. I believe that all of the dots represent the way it looks if you were a bird looking down from the campsite from high above.
Some troubles I had with my aboriginal dot painting, is that I was absent a lot because of troubles with moving to a different place, I wasn’t at school for a week and a half, I tried my hardest and got enough time into my painting as I could. One time I messed up on some dots, I got so mad and angry with myself that I decided to cover the whole thing with paint, and restart. Sometimes the struggles were to try to get the paint just the way I wanted it, that didn’t work out. But through all my struggles, I finally managed.
After all, I can finally say, that I am very happy with my painting. I tried my very best, to put all the effort into my painting. When I look at my painting I am proud of myself for what I have done, because I know that I tried my hardest to get the job done. I think that I could have done better, but I am proud because I tried.
For my aboriginal x-ray painting, I chose to do a dolphin. I thought it would be very interesting to design, and something that wouldn't be too hard to do. I also chose to do this dolphin because there was a lot of space inside to do some really cool designs.
I had so many problems with this painting. Something that was hard to do was to make the lines and designs look good. It was difficult to make the lines straight. In the end I think I did pretty good, by taking my time, and working as hard as I could.
Overall, I thought that my work was really good. I am proud of my artwork, I took a lot of time and I put my best effort into my drawing. I think that with the time that I had to work with this drawing, I did great.
